Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meet once a month to help govern SVCE and staff. They oversee all aspects of SVCE operations and is made up of one elected official and one alternate from each participating community.
The Executive Committee is a subset of the Board of Directors. They provide input and support to SVCE on operational and policy matters. The Executive Committee meets once a month.
Finance & Admin Committee
The Finance & Admin Committee is a subset of the Board of Directors. They work with SVCE staff on budgeting, financial planning/reporting, internal controls, accountability policies, and investments. The Finance & Administration Committee meets quarterly, and as needed.
The Audit Committee is a subset of the Board of Directors. They work with SVCE staff on the initiation and receiving of the annual audit.
Customer Program Advisory Group
The Customer Program Advisory Group is composed of volunteer residents. The advisory group will work with SVCE staff to analyze, develop and reccomend program goals and investments.
Commercial & Industrial
Watts for Lunch is a quarterly gathering of the commercial and industrial community designed to discuss innovation for a better Silicon Valley.
