It’s easy to qualify

3 simple steps to go electric
An Energy Advisor from our trusted partner, Franklin Energy, will visit your home and create a custom proposal to replace old gas equipment with high-efficiency electric appliances, including all available rebates.
We’ll manage every aspect of your home upgrade, from assessment and installation to applying for permits and rebates. Installations are done by our trusted contractors and covered by warranty at no additional cost. After installation, you’ll pay your contractor any final costs after rebates.
Optimize your new equipment to and switch to a heat pump-friendly electric rate plan to maximize savings. Reach out to us if you have any questions about your equipment and your energy bill savings.

After your complimentary in-home assessment, we’ll provide a project proposal detailing recommended upgrades and costs after applicable rebates. We ensure fixed pricing with our partner contractors, eliminating surprise fees, and will help you apply for all eligible SVCE and third-party rebates to further reduce your upfront costs. Eligible property owners and tenants may receive no-cost installations.

The Proposal will also outline the costs and any available rebates for each upgrade. We’ll stack all available rebates to maximize your savings and handle the rebate paperwork to ensure a hassle-free experience.
