Finance & Administration Committee
The purpose of the SVCE Finance & Administration Committee is to primarily provide financial oversight for SVCE. They work with SVCE staff on budgeting, financial planning/reporting, internal controls, accountability policies, and investments. The Finance & Administration Committee meets quarterly, and as needed.

Finance & Administration Committee Meeting Information
The SVCE Finance & Administration Committee will hold its meetings quarterly, and as needed. Meetings will be held at the Sunnyvale Civic Center, Redwood Room, 456 W. Olive Ave. in Sunnyvale, CA 94086 until further notice. Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

Please note there will be a Special Meeting with the Cities Association of Santa Clara County on August 31, 2026, 6:00 p.m., at the Sunnyvale Civic Center Bay Room. The next regular meeting of the Finance and Administration Committee will take place in October 2026.
Public Participation
SVCE will be hosting Zoom for teleconference meetings for members of the public wishing to participate remotely. If a member of the public would like to make a comment during the public comment period, please use the ‘Raise Hand’ function in Zoom and staff will note your desire to speak. Alternatively, for members of the public joining by telephone, please email your public comment to Board Clerk Andrea Pizano at andrea.pizano@svcleanenergy.org. Public comment received by email will be distributed to the Finance and Administration Committee.
