Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is a subset of the Board of Directors. They work with SVCE staff on the initiation and receiving of the annual audit.

Audit Committee Meeting Information
The SVCE Audit Committee meets as needed to initiate and receive the annual audit. Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
All meetings will be held at the Sunnyvale Civic Center (456 W. Olive Ave., Sunnyvale, CA) unless noted otherwise.

The next Audit Committee Meeting will take place on September 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Sunnyvale Civic Center Redwood Conference Room.

Public Participation
SVCE will also be hosting meetings via Zoom for those who would like to attend the meeting remotely. If a member of the public would like to make a comment during the public comment period, please use the ‘Raise Hand’ function in Zoom and staff will note your desire to speak. Alternatively, for members of the public joining by telephone, please email your public comment to Board Clerk Andrea Pizano at andrea.pizano@svcleanenergy.org. Public comment received by email within three hours of the committee meeting will be forwarded to members of the committee.
